First Visit?

Thanks for coming to visit. Here is some information to make your first visit as easy and comfortable as possible.

Making an Appointment

When making an appointment, please notify us of the following:

  • If you have any allergies or medical conditions, including pregnancy

  • If you are recovering from any injuries, accidents, or sickness

  • If you are celebrating any special occasions

You will be asked to provide a valid credit card at the time of booking

Arrival Time

  • For first time visitors, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a new client form.

  • If you are a returning client, we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Pre-Treatment Recommendations

  • Shaving is not necessary prior to your session, but can help you to relax and feel more at ease.

  • The therapist will be moving your head, arms, and legs during the massage to check for mobility and assist with tension release. Please let them know if you have any restrictions in range of motion

  • To get the most out of your massage, it is recommend that you prepare to have your head and neck worked on. Scheduling around hair appointments and removing any hair additions or wigs is recommended. We can make adjustments for personal needs at the time of your session.

  • Please let us know of any special needs or conditions that may be relevant to your treatment prior to your scheduled service.

What to Expect during your consultation

  • Planning your Session

    Your therapist will go over your goals for your session and address any concerns you have and follow up on information on your intake form.

  • Dressing and Undressing

    After your therapist leaves the room, you will need to remove all upper body clothing and jewelry to prevent snagging or staining from the massage oils.


    Underwear bottoms are optional and you will always have your privacy protected. Only the body part being worked on is uncovered during the massage.

  • Personal Items

    In the treatment room a basket will be provided for storage of your personal items to keep them together and protect your modesty.

    On the table will also be a bowl to store any jewelry for safe keeping.

    We ask that cell phones be placed on silent during the session unless there are special circumstances.

  • All Good Things

    At the end of your massage, the therapist will exit the room to allow you time to get dressed.

    Be careful sitting up as you may feel disoriented at first.

    A towel may be provided if you wish to wipe off any oil. Once you are dressed, step out and meet the therapist up front.
